The IDBI Bank website revamp project, undertaken as a classroom project, aimed to enhance user experience and modernize the design to better align with current web trends and customer expectations. The process began by conducting a heuristic analysis of the existing website to identify usability issues and areas for improvement. This was followed by extensive user research and competitor analysis to further refine the understanding of pain points and opportunities. Key phases included developing wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, followed by rigorous user testing.
